ESTHER PEARL WATSON

Esther Pearl Watson (Francoforte, 1973) vive e lavora a Los Angeles.

Watson è vista dai critici come insider-outsider, per l’utilizzo del linguaggio pittorico di un’autodidatta nonostante si sia laureata in pittura al California Institute of the Arts a Valencia (California). Oltre ad insegnare all’Art Center College of Design di Pasadena (California), Esther ha creato numerosi fumetti, inclusa la pubblicazione cult Unlovable, prodotta come cortometraggio animato con Cartoon Network.
